Wine Tasting Notes and Technical Info
As a Collector member, you are able to customize your shipment below. You will see default quanities selected outlining the winemakers' twelve (12) bottle selection, as well as an added spring release insert - totalling thirteen (13) products. As always, please email me if you have any questions or trouble.
MAR 4: WINE SELECTION CLOSES. This is the last day to make any changes to your account, including; wine selection, billing information, shipping address, preferences or shipping date.
MAR 5: YOUR ORDER WILL PROCESS. The card we have on file will be charged.
MARCH 6: WINE IS AVAILABLE IN THE TASTING ROOM FOR PICK-UP MEMBERS ONLY. You will not be able to make substitutions at the time you pick up your order, please make sure your order is customized by March 4th. We will hold your order for pick-up through April 22, after that shipping will be charged to your card on file and your order will ship. If you are attending one of our pick-up events on March 15 or 16 and have your preferences set to "pick-up," we will have your wine ready for pick-up at the events! Please note, if your preferences are set to ship, and you are attending the pick-up weekend, you need to update your account to pick-up.

Tickets are availble on a first come, first serve basis (2 tickets per membership). Join us on March 15th or 16th for an exclusive wine club weekend, celebrating the arrival of spring at Copia! We're thrilled to introduce two new additions to our wine collection, and you'll have the privilege of being among the first to sip these new releases. This event is designed with a more personalized touch compared to our annual Fall party, secure your spot for one of our limited-seating sessions, capped at just 40 guests per time slot.
MAR 18: ORDERS WILL START TO SHIP FOR SHIP TO MEMBERS.
By default we ship via UPS Ground. If you prefer GSO or Fedex, please email before March 4 and let us know. Copia is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during shipping, including; redirects, address changes or returned shipments. These additional costs will be charged to your card on file.
