We invite you to experience Anita and Varinder Sahi's tireless passion for premium winemaking, cutting edge viticulture and warm hospitality in equal measure. Copia's Adelaida Vineyard Estate offers a lux oasis for you to enjoy a signature wine flight of premium wines with a curated culinary pairing. The 60-90 minute in-depth experience takes place in our modern Tasting Room and cozy outdoor patio areas (weather permitting).

Wine flights and culinary pairings are $20 with membership (for 2-6 guests, depending on club level).
Additional flights with a culinary pairing will be charged $50 per guest, up to our maximum group size of 8.
Your applicable discount will automatically apply when using the email address associated with your wine club membership.
Due to the customized nature of the menu, we are only able to accomodate vegetarian and gluten-free requests (minimum 72 hours notice).
Please note that vegan, dairy free or other dietary substitutions are not possible with this menu.
