In 2019, nature danced with us through a temperate growing season, an abundance of rain and an early budbreak. From the rugged limestone of West Paso Robles to the sandy embrace of Sta. Rita Hills, each vineyard told a story of balance, concentration, and complexity, culminating in our finest harvest yet. Conversely, 2020 posed unprecedented challenges, yet emerged as a testament to resilience and determination. Against the backdrop of a tumultuous year, Varinder Sahi crafted wines that exude character and strength, showcasing intense flavors and vibrant acidity, embodying the spirit of their heroic journey.
