If you know anything about Copia Vineyards, you know that we are passionate about HOSPITALITY. It is at the very core of who we are. The story that is told around the bottle is just as important as the story that is contained within the bottle. That is what makes for the best days and nights. That is what makes the memories.
We credit hospitality greats, like Danny Meyer of Union Square Hospitality Group in New York, with inspiration to make each and every experience a memorable one. Pages out of his playbook for success, Setting the Table, remind us of two recurring philosophies that we employ all the time:
#1 Never forget to "surprise and delight."
Connecting on a very genuine level with our guests, friends and family is what allows us to create those fond memories around a tasting table. For example, if our guests appreciate travel, we may craft a global-themed menu from their favorite regions.

If you asked us back in March if we thought we would be navigating outdoor tastings in November, our answer would have been no. But here we are, embracing it and continuing to share our journey with you. We are still taking every step and precaution to keep you safe, including continuing to follow local and state guidelines by conducting all experiences outside.
